
Cambridge Analytica, the market leader in the provision of data analytics and behavior communications for political campaigns, today announced the appointments of Laura Hilger as Head of Research and Eric Grawien as Project Manager. Hilger brings vast commercial market research experience to the company, while Grawien touts a background in data science.
Prior to joining Cambridge Analytica, Hilger spent more than four years in the commercial market research industry. Her experience includes the design and execution of both quantitative and qualitative research globally across the public and private sector, including those using advanced analytics and online qualitative methods. She is based out of the London office, and is responsible for ensuring all research is appropriately designed and meets Cambridge Analytica’s internal guidelines, as well as working to develop new methodologies that support client needs. Hilger’s past experience includes working with companies such as BIS, HMRC, the Home Office, Kerry Foods, LEGO Education, O2, the Post Office, Phillips, Samaritans and a global food and drink manufacturer.
Grawien has several years of experience building and running data operations in the political space. As project manager, Grawien will be located in the company’s Washington D.C. office, running strategy and execution for several of the company’s large clients this cycle. His expertise is at the intersection of political database building and client strategy. He previously worked at the DataTrust in 2014, and before that was a data analyst for HP.
